Camfel Productions is a Christian, non-profit, multi-media production company based in Irwindale, California. We specialize in producing character-building resources for schools across the nation. Our three-screen assemblies are seen by roughly two million students each year.
We strive to motivate and encourage students to be the best they can be by first understanding and acknowledging the problems they face on a daily basis, and then by offering solutions in a format, they can relate to.
We are currently hiring for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. If you have ever thought about traveling the country, impacting youth, and getting paid for it, then come join us for the experience of a lifetime.
No prior technical experience is necessary. We will train you. We supply new presenters with all the information and skills needed to set up and run our assemblies. We train you in everything you need to know to be a successful Camfel Presenter. We provide transportation, food reimbursement, and lodging.

All you need is a clean driving and criminal record, be at least 18 years old, have a heart for students, a strong work ethic, and a love for travel. This is a four-month, to approx. ten-month paid position that will begin August 3, 2020, and potentially lasts until the end of May of the following year.

YouthWorks is a Christian, nonprofit organization that provides Christ-centered mission trips for more than 20,000 teenagers and adult leaders in over 45 communities across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. While managing around 70 students and adult leaders on a mission trip each week, our staff teams cultivate relationships, develop their organizational skills, and deepen their faith. All our ministry positions are PAID.
*Site Director Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, encourage Site coordinators
Manage the logistics and operations of a mission site
Build meaningful relationships with community advocates and partnership organizations
Utilize administration skills to create weekly reports, providing critical thinking and problem solving for site logistics
Facilitate daily leaders meetings for adult leaders/chaperones
Oversee finances and manage a site budget
Maintain the spiritual focus & leadership of the mission site
*Ministry Support Coordinator:
Plan and facilitate a daily evening programming, morning devotions, processing and interaction with provided theme materials
Support your team by providing leadership with their roles
Coordinate and lead cultural and relational activities for youth within the community
*Community Service Coordinator:
Build relationships with local social service organizations & manage partnerships
Coordinate logistics, including assigning volunteers to service sites and executing back-up plans when needed
Travel to service sites and serve alongside youth, Adult Leaders and community contacts
*Kids Club Coordinator:
Facilitate a daily program for community children ages 5-10, building relationships with kids and their families
Provide leadership for youth & adults as they create crafts, plan games, practice songs and implement the Kids Club curriculum provided
Coordinate morning service opportunities in the community
*Work Projects Coordinator:
Build meaningful relationships in a community by leading students and adults in in painting, yard work and minor projects
Coordinate logistics and equip volunteers with necessary supplies to complete projects
We have a small number of sites where we do more advanced projects such wheelchair ramps and porches
*Utility Support Coordinator:
Will be equipped to take on multiple positions and to offer support and encouragement to staff teams
Staff must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing roles and locations
While serving in a variety of areas, they will coordinate daily service activities and see students impacted as they experience Christ through service
Utility Support Coordinators may begin the summer temporarily assigned to a specific community but may be permanently placed with a team to fill an open position at any point in the spring or summer.
Site Director Qualifications:
College graduate or four years of post-high school
Previous leadership and management experience/ability to effectively lead a team
Experience with organization and detail management
Able to relate to youth, adult leaders, and community partners
Actively pursuing a relationship with Christ & ability to facilitate a ministry focused environment
Model servant leadership
Must meet our driving requirements and have a valid U.S. driver’s license
Previous YW summer staff experience is helpful but not required
Participate in programmatic elements such as evening programming, worship, devotions around the summer theme
Engage in respectful service and regularly communicate with community partners
Facilitate site preparations including leading meals, cleaning crews, inventory, shopping and confirming service schedules
Help teenagers and adults see the impact of their service as they are taken out of their comfort zones and see Jesus in new ways.
Site Director Compensation:
$4,250 + food/housing/company vehicles for work purposes
Site Coordinators Compensation:
$2,750 + food/housing/company vehicles for work purposes
Dates of Employment
· The dates for full-summer employment for Site Directors are May 20th -August 5th, 2020.
· Dates for full-summer employment for Site Coordinators are May 22nd-August 5th, 2020.
· Staff must reside in assigned community for the duration of the summer.
